Lure your renters back in again and again. If you make your renters feel special, they're more likely to rent your property again. Try these methods:
• Produce warm feelings by leaving a handwritten note such as “something to remember your stay with us” • Send a card with your house on it, encouraging past renters to create more fond holiday memories • Contact previous renters reminding them how much they enjoyed their last holiday stay • Send email at specific holiday times of the year (New Years, spring vacation, Christmas) reminding renters that the property is available
